Born from a Vision

The Patna Food Festival was founded by Rachana Singh eight months ago with a simple yet powerful idea. While other states across India host celebrated culinary events, Bihar had long awaited its own platform to showcase its rich flavours, traditions, and culinary heritage.

The festival was created as that platform — a vibrant stage where Bihar’s food culture shines, heritage meets innovation, and local flavours come together with India’s diverse culinary legacy.
