Terms & Conditions of Participation

1General Guidelines

• The Patna Food Festival is organized under the aegis of the Patna Food Festival Trust.
• All participants must complete the official Stall Reservation Form and submit the required payment before the deadline.
• The organizing committee reserves the right to approve or reject any application without assigning reasons.

2Stall Allocation

• Stall allotment will be made on a first come, first served basis after payment confirmation.
• The committee may adjust stall locations to maintain layout balance and visitor flow.
• Participants must not sublet, transfer, or share their stall without written permission.

3Setup & Operations

• Stall setup must be completed one day before the festival opening.
• Participants are responsible for their own cooking equipment, utensils, and hygiene standards.
• Power supply and water connections will be provided as per prior request and availability.
• All stalls must remain open during official festival hours.

4Safety & Hygiene

• Food safety and cleanliness are mandatory. The organizing team may inspect stalls at any time.
• Fire safety norms must be strictly followed; open flames are allowed only in designated areas.
• Waste disposal must be done in the bins provided; littering will attract penalties.

5Payments & Refunds

• Stall reservation fees are non refundable under any circumstances.
• Payment must be made through the official bank account mentioned in the reservation form.
• Any additional services (electricity, water, signage) will be charged separately.

6Liability & Conduct

• The organizers are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
• Participants must maintain decorum and respect cultural sensitivities.
• Any misconduct may lead to immediate cancellation of participation without refund.

7Intellectual Property & Branding

• Participants may use their own branding within their stall area only.
• The festival logo and name may not be used for independent promotions without written consent.
• Photography and videography rights of the event remain with the organizing committee.
